We offer free standard priority worldwide shipping for orders over 65 eur.
 
All our products are handcrafted and dispatched from our warehouse in Lithuania, Europe.
 
After placing your order, we will process it within 2-4 business days, although processing time may vary for custom products such as rings and custom engraved items. 
 
Please note that shipping time does not include processing time.
 
Standard shipping times are average estimates. Delivery may vary depending on how busy couriers/postal services are. For guaranteed delivery, please choose Express shipping.

Yes! We ship orders to the USA using regular post shipping & express couriers for the fastest and most reliable delivery.

* All orders to the USA are shipped Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) — taxes and import fees are fully prepaid.

Shipping charges are displayed on the checkout page. We offer free shipping for orders over 65 euros.

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable if you provide the wrong address and do not pick up your order from your local post office.

We accept returns and exchanges - please see our Return Policy or Exchange Policy for more info.

We have a 6 hours cancellation policy. Please contact us within that period to change your order. Once an order is placed, it is sent straight to production-fulfillment and begin processing. Since we are a small team, processing cancellations would delay the shipping speed for all of our customers. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.


If you haven’t received your tracking number yet, contact us ASAP—we may be able to make changes to the items on your order. Once we respond to your order change inquiry, please get back to us within 48 hours, otherwise we will ship your order out as is.


Already received your tracking number? You can opt to return or exchange your order once you receive it.

If you see the Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) shipping option at checkout, it means all import duties and taxes are already included in the price. Your order will arrive with duties prepaid, so you won’t need to pay anything extra when receiving your package.

All international orders may be subject to local customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility. Please check your country’s customs website for more details.

 

However, if you select the (Shipping - Delivered Duties Paid) option at checkout (available for the USA), all import duties and taxes are already prepaid – you won’t face any additional charges on delivery.

 

We cannot mark packages at a lower value or as gifts. Packages returned due to unpaid customs fees (for non-DDP shipments) will be refunded minus the shipping cost.
