ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES?
We accept returns and exchanges - please see our Return Policy or Exchange Policy for more info.
Can you return rings if you ordered the wrong size?
You are responsible for knowing your ring size. You will receive the size listed on the original invoice unless a size change request was requested before shipping out the item. Due to the custom nature of the products sold in our store, there are no refunds offered on rings.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We have a 6 hours cancellation policy. Please contact us within that period to change your order. Once an order is placed, it is sent straight to production-fulfillment and begin processing. Since we are a small team, processing cancellations would delay the shipping speed for all of our customers. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you haven’t received your tracking number yet, contact us ASAP—we may be able to make changes to the items on your order. Once we respond to your order change inquiry, please get back to us within 48 hours, otherwise we will ship your order out as is.
Already received your tracking number? You can opt to return or exchange your order once you receive it.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
We offer free standart DHL shipping worldwide.
However, 6€ shipping fee is non-refundable in cases if you provide wrong address - dont pick up order from your local post office.

CUSTOM DUTIES - OUTSIDE EU?
All international orders are subject to local customs fees and are your responsibility to pay. Please check your country's customs website for more information on how customs fees are accessed. We cannot change a package's value and are not responsible for any fees incurred. Packages returned due to failure to pay will be refunded minus a shipping.
