Yes! We ship to the United Kingdom using both standard postal services and express couriers for fast and reliable delivery.

Orders up to £135

For orders with a total value of £135 or less, all UK VAT is collected at checkout. This means:

- No additional VAT charges on delivery

- No customs duty

The price you pay at checkout is the final price.

Orders over £135

For orders with a total value of more than £135, UK VAT and any applicable customs duties are usually collected by the courier during customs clearance before delivery.

Yes! We ship orders to the USA using regular post and express couriers for the fastest and most reliable delivery.

 

All orders to the USA are shipped Delivered Duties Paid — taxes and import fees are fully prepaid.

We offer free shipping for orders over:

€65 / $125 / £69

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable if you provide the wrong address and do not collect your order from your local post office.

Oversized items do not qualify for free shipping and may have increased rates.

We accept returns and exchanges. Please see our Return Policy or Exchange Policy for more info.

We have a 6-hour cancellation policy. Please contact us within that period to change your order. Once an order is placed, it is sent straight to production and begins processing. Since we are a small team, processing cancellations would delay shipping for all of our customers.

 

If you haven't received your tracking number yet, contact us as soon as possible — we may be able to make changes to your order. Once we respond to your change request, please reply within 48 hours, otherwise we will ship your order as is.

 

Already received your tracking number? You can opt to return or exchange your order once you receive it.

If you see the Delivered Duties Paid shipping option at checkout, it means all import duties and taxes are already included in the price. Your order will arrive with duties prepaid, so you won't need to pay anything extra when receiving your package.

Orders shipped within the European Union do not require customs clearance and are not subject to customs duties or import taxes.

 

We ship all EU orders directly from our studio in Lithuania. As Lithuania is part of the EU Customs Union, parcels sent to other EU countries move freely between member states. This means:

- No customs duties

- No import taxes on delivery

- No additional fees charged by the courier

 

The price you pay at checkout is the final price for EU deliveries.

 

If you are ordering from an EU country and experience any unexpected charges, please contact us immediately so we can investigate.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to local customs fees, import duties, or taxes depending on the destination country.

 

United States: all orders are shipped Delivered Duties Paid. Import duties and taxes are fully prepaid, no additional charges on delivery.

 

United Kingdom: for orders up to £135, UK VAT is collected at checkout with no additional charges on delivery. For orders over £135, VAT and any applicable customs duties are usually collected by the courier during clearance before delivery.

 

Switzerland: orders under approx. CHF 63 usually do not have Swiss import VAT charged. For higher-value orders, Swiss VAT and any customs or handling fees may be collected by the carrier on delivery.

 

All other countries: charges are set by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering.

 

We are unable to declare packages at a lower value or mark them as gifts. If a shipment is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, the order will be refunded minus the original shipping cost.
