What happens after you submit
Return Conditions
Returned items must be unused and in original condition. If possible, return them in their original packaging, but if you don’t have it, that’s fine. Just make sure the item is packed safely.
For customer initiated returns (e.g. change of mind, wrong size), please note: the original shipping fee paid at checkout is non-refundable, and the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund amount.
Shipping your return & exchanges
We’ll send you a prepaid return label. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
We cover the return label and ship your replacement item at no extra cost (EU and UK orders only).
Once approved, use only the return label or instructions provided by us.
Please do not send returns to parcel lockers or pickup points unless instructed by our team.
Do not combine returns from multiple orders into one shipment unless approved by us.
Keep your tracking information until your return is received and processed.
* Returning or exchanging your order from outside the EU or UK? We do not cover shipping costs for these shipments. You are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import charges related to the return or exchange shipment.
Wrong or damaged items
If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, contact us through the form above and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Refunds & exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are usually processed within 5 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional days to appear in your account.
Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
If an exchange is approved, we’ll send further instructions by email. Exchange availability may depend on product stock, size, or customization options.
Promotional orders & free shipping
If your order was placed with a promotion (e.g. Buy 2 Get 1 Free), the order must still meet the promotional conditions after the return. Otherwise the discount is removed and the refund adjusted accordingly.
If a partial return causes your order total to fall below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
Incorrect addresses & unclaimed packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, or because it wasn’t collected from the carrier, all shipping costs associated with the order are non-refundable. This covers both the original outbound shipping and any return freight we incur.
This does not apply if the issue was caused by the carrier or by Skate4Create.
Additional information
Returns or exchanges requested after 14 days of delivery may not be accepted.
If you purchased a Skate4Create product from another retailer, please contact that retailer directly.
