Recycled Skateboard Accessories That Actually Tell a Story

We collect broken boards from skateparks, local shops, and skating communities across Europe and turn them into recycled skateboard accessories you can wear, carry, and show off every day.

How We Make Them

Our workshop is based in Vilnius, Lithuania, and we have been doing this since 2014. Every piece starts with professional Canadian hard-rock maple skate deck. When you cut through a skateboard deck, you see something most people never notice: layers of colored wood compressed together during manufacturing. Those layers give our wooden accessories from skate deck material their look, and no two pieces come out the same. The colors, the grain patterns, the way the layers stack up, all of that depends on which boards we collect and how the wood responds to shaping.

What Is in the Collection

Right now, our accessories collection includes two products we are proud of. The first is our Bearing Pendant Necklace: a steel skateboard bearing core fitted with recycled skateboard wood, polished until it feels smooth and solid in your hand. It comes in several color styles (Indigo, Neon, Coral, Earth, Unicorn), and you choose between a waxed cord with adjustable knots or a stainless steel chain. Customers rate it 4.89 out of 5, and it has become one of our best sellers. People buy it for themselves, for friends who skate, even as collector pieces. The second is our Surf Keychain, a miniature surfboard shape carved from recycled skateboard maple wood. Lightweight enough to clip onto your keys without adding bulk, but the layered wood pattern makes it a conversation starter. It is one of the most affordable ways to own a piece of handcrafted skate art, and it makes a great gift for anyone who rides, surfs, or appreciates accessories made from recycled materials. We are planning to add more accessories to this collection soon. Why Skateboard Wood Is Different

Here is something worth knowing about accessories made of recycled materials, especially those made from wood: they are not all equal. Mass-produced recycled fashion accessories often use low-grade composites that look generic and wear out fast. The difference with wood craft accessories made from skateboards is the raw material. Skateboard maple is built to take punishment. It is dense, holds up against moisture and daily wear, and when polished properly, develops a natural warmth that plastic or metal cannot replicate. We sand and finish every piece by hand and apply protective coatings so the wood stays looking good for years.

Less Waste, More Wear

Why does any of this matter? Nearly two million skateboard decks get thrown away each year globally. Most end up in landfills where the glue, paint, and grip tape break down slowly.
