If the problem is our fault, like sending a wrong or damaged item, please include photos of the issue in your email along with a short explanation.

Important Note: Personalized products are made just for you, so we cannot exchange or refund them unless there is a manufacturing defect. This includes all custom or customized orders.

We do not provide refunds if you return an item without contacting us first or fail to give a reason for the return.

Refunds will be sent back to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to return items unless the return is due to our mistake, such as receiving the wrong product. Original shipping costs will not be refunded for customer-initiated returns.


The returned product must be unused and in its original packaging. Please write β€œRETURNED ITEM” on the package to avoid any confusion.
