If you have come across something that is our fault, kindly please take pictures of the defective, or wrong case sent to you and attach it to the initial email, with an explanation.
You are responsible for knowing your ring size - you will receive the size listed on the original invoice. Unless a size change request was requested before shipping out the item. Due to the custom nature of the products sold in our store, there are no refunds offered on rings. Please check our size guide, or visit your local jewelry shop to find out your finger size.
