Sustainability is at the core of what we do. We handcraft unique products from recycled skateboard decks, repurposing broken boards to reduce landfill waste. Each year, nearly 2 million skateboard decks end up in landfills. We partner with skate shops and communities to collect them and give the wood a second life.

We gather broken and donated skateboard decks from skate shops, skate parks, and the wider skate community. Boards that would otherwise go to landfill arrive at our studio.

Rūšiavimas
Each deck is inspected and sorted. We remove griptape and lacquer and prepare the wood for processing. We try to save all board parts, as almost everything can be recycled.

Pjaustymas
Selected boards are cut into smaller pieces, revealing the board’s true colours. 7-ply Canadian hard rock maple boards are pressed together to form a new material.

Shaping & sanding
Once we have the new material made from gluing multiple boards together, we shape our products to form and sand through multiple grits until each piece becomes perfectly smooth.

Apdailinimas
A protective varnish is applied to seal the wood, enhance the natural colour layers, and give each piece its characteristic gloss. The finish is water resistant and durable.

Every finished piece is inspected individually before packaging. If it does not meet our standard, it does not ship.

Are your products really handmade?
Yes. Every piece is handcrafted in our studio in Vilnius, Lithuania. We cut, shape, sand, and finish each item individually by hand.
Where is your workshop?
Our studio is in Vilnius, Lithuania. Everything from sorting raw decks to final quality checks happens here.
How do you source your skateboard decks?
We collect broken, snapped, and worn-out decks from skate shops, skate parks, and communities. Boards that would otherwise go to landfill become the raw material for our products.
Can I drop off my own broken skateboard?
We currently collect through our partner skate shops and communities. If you are in or near Vilnius and want to donate broken boards, susisiekti and we will sort something out.
What happens to boards that are too damaged to use?
Almost no board is too damaged to use. We can recycle every professional Canadian maple skateboard deck and we aim to use all parts.
